Astragalus, Huang Qi, has been used for thousands of years in Traditional Chinese medicine for a wide range of conditions. Astragalus is a powerful immunostimulant showing the ability to control T-helper cells 1 and 2 while increasing macrophage, immunoglobulin and natural killer cell activity, production and function. Studies have shown it can potentially help cardiovascular issues by lowering arterial, plaque, regulating heart calcium levels, lowering blood pressure, and lowering triglyceride levels. It has also been shown in studies to potentially help against aging, as an adrenal adaptogen, for asthma, diabetes, supporting the liver, and working to help regulate methylation issues.*

Ingredients and Dosage: Astragalus by Supreme Nutrition Products is packaged in a bottle containing 90 veggie capsules, each containing approximately 500 mg of Astragalus propinquus without fillers, binders or excipients. 1 capsule 3x per day

Contraindications:Do not take this supplement if pregnant or nursing. Astragalus is contraindicated for patients on lithium and or immunosuppressant drugs.
